BREAKING NEWS: Judge Roberts nominated for Chief Justice

This morning, President George W. Bush nominated Judge John G. Roberts, Jr. for Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court. This nomination comes in the wake of the death of former Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist, who died over the weekend from cancer at the age of 80 years old.
